Dr. Joseph (Joe) G. Tylka is a research scientist in sustainability & automation at Siemens Technology US. Joe's expertise lies in multichannel signal processing, intelligent control systems, and machine learning. He received his Ph.D. in 2019 from Princeton University, where his dissertation research focused on virtual navigation of measured 3D sound fields.
Joe received his B.S. in physics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he graduated cum laude with a minor in philosophy in May 2012. He subsequently received his M.A. in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University with a concentration in acoustics and signal processing in September 2014.
